- Trips must be booked at least 4 weeks before trip date.
- A 50% down payment is required at least 2 weeks before the trip, the down payments serves as confirmation of the booking.
- Full payment must be paid at least 1 week before the trip, failure to settle the account may result to forfeiture of the trip and down payment.
- Trippers will be asked to sign a trip contract on the day of the trip.
- E-mails will be answered within 24 hours, between 8am to 6pm (Philippine time).
- Other fees and penalties incurred by the guests must be settled on the day of the trip.
Refund policy:
- Fourteen (14) days prior to tour date– FULL refund
- At least seven (7) days prior to tour date- Fifty (50) percent refund
- At least Three (3 )day prior to tour date – Twenty Five (25) percent refund
- Cancellation made at least 2 days or less before tour date – NO refund.
